
Specialist annuity provider Just Retirement has received an £18 million boost, thanks to its majority shareholder Avallux buying over 11 million in new ordinary shares in the company.
In September Just Retirement and Partnership announced it would raise £150 million through a share issue to support their merger.
The two providers announced their intention to merge in August, creating a new business called JRP Group.
