Women on less than half of Lloyd’s boards

Women have a seat on less than half of the executive boards for companies in the Lloyd’s market, a new survey from the Corporation’s diversity division has found.

“The majority of participating organisations claim to have a culture of diversity and inclusion, but it is notable that less than half their main boards include a woman member,” the report said.
